Do not do biz with this company unless you are ABSOLUTELY SURE about the item you need and the AVAILABILITY. Customer service, website, communication all terrible. Efaucets' assumption is the customer is always wrong.
I placed a big order with them. Needed one of the items within the period stated on the website, which said item usually ships within 3 to 7 business days.
My follow up with efaucets led to finding out I should have "checked availability." Was told item is made to order in England and I wouldn't get it for 6 to 8 weeks". I immediately cancelled the item and reordered it from someone else/. Found out 3 days later couldn't cancel order because ITEM ALREADY SHIPPED?.
I have to pay 20% restocking fee, BUT NOT if I make another purchase in the same amount.. In other words, the restocking fee is A COMPLETE RIP-OFF?. Customer service, website, communication, company attitude terrible and rife with misinformation,. I'm an honest and upfront person and would like to think that a company I'm dealing with shares my ethics|.
