I haven't even received my goods yet, but I'm suspicious about this vendor already. When I received my order confirmation, I noticed that there were several pieces in brushed chrome listed, and I thought I had ordered in polished chrome and been very careful about it. Ok, I can make mistakes, so I wrote them right away and asked them if they could correct the problem before it shipped. Their customer service only takes calls during certain hours, so I had to email. When they responded, the items had shipped already and I couldn't substitute them. BTW my order was for almost $2000 in bathroom remodeling supplies. They got back to me and said that I would have to pay for return shipping on the items that were the wrong finish (I reordered the correct finish), and that I would be charged a 20% restocking fee. These are not the big items like the toilet or the tub, these are towel bars and a toilet paper holder! I may as well have bought these at Home Depot or on Amazon, which is what anyone reading this should do. This place is not a good deal at all! I bought the same pieces from them and they are charging me to EXCHANGE them! These items are at least $50 each, also, so we're talking 10 or more bucks per item, which is insane. They won't be in business long, at least they shouldn't be. Much better companies out there! Will update when I receive order if anything else is messed up.

Rip off return policy
We ordered a bathroom sink for 196.00, unfortunately it was the wrong color. Called customer service and talked to a woman who really didn't care about the situation. A don't bother me attitude. We fully expected to get a return shipping label. Wrong. Was sent an e-mail with very detailed instructions on how to return item. Do this or don't do that or we cannot refund you. Scary. We had to pay 78.00 shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee. Never, never using this company again. We paid over 100.00 to return one item. Never, never using this company again. Read the fine print!

DONT BUY FROM EFAUCETS !!
I immediately noticed I had ordered an incorrect item when purchasing off their website. Call the customer service number right away. The representative said she would try and cancel. Next day I received email from Fedex confirming shipment was on it's way! I called again and asked why my attempt to cancel order was unsuccessful. They said they had no record of my call! After another four calls to customer service and a very unpleasant conversation with a supervisor I am stuck with the expense of a return. These people are profit middlemen and couldn't care less about their customers. Steer clear!!

BUYER BEWARE: THEY SHIP CRACKED TOILETS, REFUSE REFUND
So...if you order an expensive toilet from Efaucets, it will almost certainly arrive cracked, after which these crooks will refuse to refund your money. "I can't even enter that in our system sir." Look at all the other reviews, and the others who were refused valid refunds, and then run don't walk to avoid this joke of a company. I am headed to small claims court next to take them on and to contest the charges, given that I am an attorney who will print out all of these reviews and bring them with me to court. Good luck with this business model!

Worst transaction I've ever experienced.
ZERO stars. Awful awful awful transaction. I've never experienced customer service like this in my life. The grand total on my first screen ended up being double after hitting submit order!! Is that even legal?? Cancelled order minutes after ordering and they said I'd have to pay shipping and a 15% restocking fee for a glitch that was not even my fault. Horrible!! Nothing about this order or transaction was pleasant or easy. They clearly don't care about repeat customers and are just trying to make a quick buck. I'm not even sure why they waste their money on paying people to answer the customer service phones when they can't help you at all. Things they couldn't help me with: my transactions pulling up emails I had previously sent getting a tracking number for a TWO DAY UPS shipping method refunds BUT she could have set me up with a return order which would provide them with more money since they charge a 15% restocking fee and I'd have to pay to ship that ish back.

Broken 600.00 sink
sink was broke when i got it, they would not stand behind it even though i sent pics of the top of box not even fully opened. these people are the worst. if you have any sense stay away from these hacks. after several calls they basically told me its my problem. too bad for them i was order ing plumbing equipment and it wont be from these people. i order thing on line frequently and have never had this bad of a experience , i am baffled how managment lets them do this and can feel the company will survive

Shower Enclosure Review
Ordered shower enclosure and pan and received wrong pan different from picture and description. Since over 30 days because contractors couldn't start till then. When open wrong shower pad. Called and won't take back because over 30 days even though it was their mistake.

Terrible Customer Service and Return Policy
I placed an order for 4 sconce shades. The shipping and processing time took an unacceptable amount of time. Upon finally receiving the order, the sconces were terrible in quality and unacceptable. I immediately called the company to start the return process. I had to follow up countless times to even get the return information. I was then told I had to pay for my own shipping back and that it needed to be UPS Ground or they wouldn't accept it. After paying $27 dollars to ship the method the company DEMANDED/REQUIRED, they received the package within a few days (as reported to me by UPS). It then took me following up with them weekly for 6 weeks in order to actually get a refund as they do not send email notifications, return emails, and when you call them, they just say it's being processed. THEN, they charged me a "restocking fee" for the return so my actual refund was $20. that's LESS than I paid to have it shipped back! I basically paid them $75 to waste my time. Pathetic company all around.

Worst customer service and customer satisfaction policy
Ordered the wrong faucet and needed to return. I've ordered from faucet direct several times before and was emailed a prepaid return label within minutes; therefore I figured I would have the similar services with efaucets.com. Wrong!!! It took a few days before receiving two pages of instructions on how to send back the item correctly, otherwise no refund would be issued. Return shipping is NOT included, plus a 15% restocking fee is charged for returns. Even the customer service rep was rude and sarcastic when I called about questions regarding the lengthy return instructions. By far the worst online site that I have ever used and I have used hundreds over the years.

Roman is a nice person to work with. He was patient with me and all my questions. Great Prices and Excellent service! Ordered some Kohler products and eFaucets was very knowledgeable. provided me with specs, quote, install diagrams. couldn't ask for more. tracking was sent next morning. delivered in 6 days. my handyman installed and everything looks great. site was easy to use, reps helpful, delivered on time. not sure what all the previous reviews are about, but a friend referred me and I everything went smoothly. I will be back for more. still need a tub and some lighting pendants.

Ordering online from a store I'm not at all familiar with made this ecommerce guro more than hesitant. However, after taking the plunge, I can say it was one of the most seamless purchases I've ever made. A price that no one could match, delivery that was speedy and the sink that was ordered looks better in person than the pictures Swanstone listed. Their customer service is top notch and they were more than willing to make sure they offered the best price around, even beating homedepot and build.com. Many thanks guys! STILL WAITING FOR CREDIT ON DISCONTINUED ITEMS=OVER 2 MONTHS
I placed an order for 2 sink combinations on January 16, 2015. After the estimated ship date passed, I inquired on February 27, 2015 and was told the products were discontinued and a credit would be issued in 7 to 10 days. I followed up again on March 31 and received same automated email about credit in 7 to 10 days. THE DISCONTINUED PRODUCT IS STILL SHOWING UP ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR PURCHASE - THEY'VE NOT HAD MY MONEY FOR THREE MONTHS AND HAVE MADE NO ATTEMPT TO PROCESS THE CREDIT. There is no customer service, only automated emails that aren't being monitored for completion.

Great Deal on Kohler Faucet and Sink
Just finished our installation of our new Kohler Vinatta kitchen Faucet with new Kohler stainless steel sink. In addition we added the InSinkErator hot water dispenser with water tank. We love it. Items shipped Free and fast. Mike in sales helped us out for an hour and we are happy with the choices he helped us out with. He was a very knowledgable and helpful rep. We uploaded a photo of our finished project. The hot water tank we underneath the counter. We love making hot tea and soup with the dispenser. We highly recommend them and will be back shortly to update our 1968 bathrooms

RUN away from this company
Ordered 2 pendant lights, over $150, 1/24/15. Waited and waited to receive lights. Tracking information said "Shipped - waiting on tracking number". E-mailed customer service to ask what the deal was? Received a message back that I would have a tracking number within 48 hours. Did not receive so e-mailed back, never received a return response. Called during business hours, no answer. Called back next day and was told that the lights were not in stock, and they had no idea when they would be back in stock. CSA said she would "put a claim through to the refund department". This is now 2/24/15. Waited...waited...no refund. Finally filed a claim through PayPal and after a week, my money was refunded today, 3/08/15. Never again.

Buyer Beware! I had the same experience, I ordered a chrome soap pump by mistake instead of brushed stainless for a repair , I called customer service within one hour of placing the order and after a brief hold, was told there is nothing they can do, It is obvious that they outsource customer service, wait time and response to calls leaves you feeling that they really don't care, "just ship it back nothing we can do" lesson learned last time I buy from them
